Pricing
All prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges. If VAT changes after your order, we’ll adjust the total unless full payment was already made.
Payment
We take payment when your order is dispatched. You own the item once it’s paid in full. Late payments may incur interest.
Product Info
We aim to display accurate product details. Actual colours or packaging may vary slightly. We may update items to meet legal standards or improve quality.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1 working day. Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends will be handled the next business day. Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout.
Delays
If a delay occurs due to unforeseen events, we’ll inform you. You can cancel and get a refund if delays are excessive.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? Let us know within 14 days of receiving your item. Return it at your own cost (unless free returns were offered). Items must be unused and in original condition.
Returns
Contact us at info@jozhustore.co.uk if there’s a problem. If the product is faulty, we’ll send a return label and issue a refund or replacement.
Warranty
We’ll repair or replace faulty items within 12 months (not caused by misuse or wear). Your legal rights are unaffected.
