You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

You’ll need to send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. Unless free returns were offered at purchase, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using a reliable courier and keeping your receipt as proof of return.

If we don’t receive the item, or it arrives late, a refund may not be possible.

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll process your cancellation and refund within 14 days. If you’ve already received the item, we’ll refund within 14 days of getting the item back (or proof that it’s been sent).

We’ll refund you using the original payment method — no fees charged.

Product Condition for Full Refund

Please handle the product as you would in a store.
We may reduce your refund if:

  • The item is used or damaged
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • Parts or accessories are not returned

In some cases, no refund will be issued if the item is not resellable. You can check with our team for guidance.


Returns Due to Fault or Issue

If your product is faulty or not as described, let us know via our contact form at www.jozhustore.co.uk or email info@jozhustore.co.uk.

  • You have 14 days from delivery to report a fault.
  • If the issue appears after that, we may offer a replacement under warranty.
  • For purchases made in December, returns are accepted until January 31st.

When reaching out, please include:

  • A short description of the issue
  • A photo or video showing the fault
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or replacement

Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label. Just package the item securely and send it back.
